1. About Us

KAIRA Living is a handmade mirror brand based in New Delhi, India. All products are handcrafted to order and shipped PAN-India.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Handmade Disclaimer

  • All our mirrors are handmade to order.

  • As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and dimensions may occur. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

  • Product images on the website are for reference only. Actual colour may vary slightly due to screen settings or fabric availability.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed for B2B orders.

6. Shipping

  • We ship PAN-India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Risk of damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your package on arrival.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage and packaging. As per our Return and Refund Policy, we offer partial refunds — ₹2,500 for large mirrors and ₹800 for small mirrors. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

8. B2B / Bulk Orders

  • B2B orders (minimum 25 pieces) are governed by the terms confirmed at order placement.

  • Advance payment, production timelines, and shipping terms are agreed in writing via email or WhatsApp before production begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and designs — is the property of KAIRA Living and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

KAIRA Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
