01 Are KAIRA mirrors made to order?
Yes. Every KAIRA piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. This is why our products carry a production window before shipping, and why we don't hold ready stock.
Made-to-order means you're not getting a mass-produced item. You're getting something shaped by hand, for your home.
02 Can I return or exchange my mirror?
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-crafted items. Once production begins, the mirror is made specifically for you.
If you have any concerns about size, colour, or finish — please reach out before placing your order. We'll help you choose the right piece with confidence.
03 What if my mirror arrives broken or damaged?
We take packaging extremely seriously — but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and video. Delayed reports cannot be accepted.
Approved damage claims are handled as follows:
- Full-length / large mirrors: ₹2,500 refund (covers replacement glass + re-framing)
- Small / table-top mirrors: ₹800 refund (covers replacement glass + shipping)
Refunds are issued only when the mirror or frame is genuinely damaged in transit. Cosmetic imperfections inherent to handcrafted items are not covered.
04 How long does shipping take?
Because every piece is handcrafted, please allow 7–14 days for production before dispatch. Once shipped:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote pin codes: 7–10 business days
Tracking details are sent via SMS and email once the order leaves our workshop.

Absolutely. We love bespoke. Almost every KAIRA design can be tailored to your space:

06 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods:
- UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm
- Credit & Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)

- Cash on Delivery (available on select pin codes)
All transactions are encrypted & 100% secure.
07 How do I care for my KAIRA mirror?
- Wipe the glass with a soft, damp microfibre cloth — never spray cleaner directly on the surface.
- For fabric frames, use a soft vacuum brush on low suction every few weeks.
- Avoid direct sunlight & moisture for extended periods — this preserves fabric & finish.
- Mount on a sturdy wall with the provided hardware. We recommend professional installation for large mirrors.
08 Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with hotels, resorts, salons, interior designers, and studios on bulk & wholesale orders. Custom sizes, fabrics, and finishes are available at volume pricing.
